3. What are the exchange, return and refund policies?

We accept returns within 07 days of purchase, provided the packaging remains unopened. If you've opened the package and aren't satisfied, please contact 0334-9151394 for guidance from our customer service team. You may choose from these return options:

Return your items directly to our office at SYED HIMALAYAN, Office # 03, Floor 3rd, Plaza #54, Mini EXT II, Bahria Town, Phase VII, Islamabad, Pakistan 46620. Upon receiving your returned products, we'll process your refund through Bank Account / Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash.

Option 2

Visit your local courier office and cover the return shipping charges. Once we receive your products at SYED HIMALAYAN, we'll process your refund through Bank Account / Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash.

If you notice any product tampering, please preserve both the original product and its packaging. We'll provide detailed instructions for returning the item.

4. How do I return SYED HIMALAYAN products if purchased from a different store?

For SYED HIMALAYAN products bought through other online platforms, please follow their specific return and refund procedures.

If you purchased our products from one of our retail partners, return the item to that specific store following their return and refund guidelines.
